QHSE Engineer

The QHSE Engineer will be responsible for leading, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System at our Doha facility in Qatar. The role is instrumental in driving year-over-year improvements in safety performance, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. In this role, you will establish clear responsibilities, accountability, and performance measurement processes to ensure effective monitoring of work and achievement of results. You will foster a collaborative team environment that enables employees across the organization to work together toward shared objectives. Effective communication across all levels of the organization, from one-on-one interactions to large group presentations, will be essential to your success. You will be expected to develop and implement solutions that meet customer expectations, demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges and obstacles.
