Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, translating complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and metrics that enable informed decision-making and performance management. Monitor and assess data quality , proactively identifying issues and partnering with stakeholders to implement corrective actions. Utilize multiple data sources to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve business and operational performance issues. Collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to define data requirements, establish governance processes, and support strategic objectives. Identify, evaluate, and manage data sources and attributes that align with business priorities and drive measurable outcomes. Provide thought leadership on data management practices, promoting consistency, transparency, and accountability across the organization. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
