Job Description
Key Accountabilities, Operate as the primary interface between Rolls-Royce and suppliers, and targeting 0 arrears and 100% of On-Time-In-Full delivery Lead orderbook and delivery reviews, ensuring raw materials availability and suppliers’ launch and manufacture of parts is executed in line with the demand or agreed plan across while maintaining optimal inventory level. Lead load and capacity analysis / delivery risk analysis and contingency planning from risk management perspective. Manage and maintain planning systems and tools like SAP to track supplier schedules and logistics. Cross functional collaboration to prioritize and resolve technical or contractual issues to secure On-Time-In-Full delivery, ensuring escalation of delivery issues and mitigating actions support critical delivery. Key Experience and Qualifications, Bachelor’s degree or plus in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and influencing skills Comfortable working in a multicultural and matrix organization. Business-level proficiency in both English and Chinese is required. Knowledge of MRP tools, mechanical engineering & manufacturing, APQP, SIOP is preferred As part of our selection process, candidates in certain locations may be asked to complete an online assessment, which can include cognitive and behavioural aptitude testing relevant to the role.
