The Sr Operations and Transformation Leader will be responsible for leading the operational readiness for key projects coming into the site(s) in support of the overall Joints Reconstruction Supply Chain Strategy and on-going continuous improvement transformation. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting and deploying the site transformation strategy. Lead the operational readiness activities required for local and network projects. Will be the operations liaison between the project teams and the site(s) for all activities that impact current or future manufacturing operations. Responsible for key milestones in planning, preparation, and execution of assigned tasks within projects that impact the ability to right to produce and right to sale products through product transfer, new product introduction, or other key network strategic initiatives. Forecast machinery, material, system, and equipment needed to meet requirements of new and existing products. Lead team focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, proactive solutioning, and integration of methods, systems, processes, products, and technologies into new and established value streams.
