The Sr Operations and Transformation Leader will be responsible for leading the operational readiness for key projects coming into the site(s) in support of the overall Joints Reconstruction Supply Chain Strategy and on-going continuous improvement transformation. Responsible for supporting and deploying the site transformation strategy. Lead the operational readiness activities required for local and network projects.  Will be the operations liaison between the project teams and the site(s) for all activities that impact current or future manufacturing operations.
