The Director, Product Deployment and Rollout Pandora will be the primary lead responsible for managing and overseeing the successful execution of all product rollouts at Pandora. This role is accountable for driving the end-to-end rollout strategy across various functions including vendor, customer, marketing, quick commerce, fintech and rider services. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, efficient, and successful rollouts that align with business objectives. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional project management skills are essential to ensure the seamless introduction of new product features and initiatives across Pandora.

Lead the execution of product rollout strategies, ensuring that all product launches across all functions are aligned with the broader business goals Establish clear governance structures and implement rigorous project management practices to oversee all product rollout initiatives, including timeline management and milestone tracking Manage heavy cross-functional dependencies across Product, Tech, Operations, Legal (Compliance) & Finance teams Identify potential risks during the rollout process, develop mitigation strategies, and address any challenges to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery Serve as the key liaison between the product rollout teams and senior leadership, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with company priorities Define and monitor KPIs for product rollouts to measure the success of initiatives, providing actionable insights and performance reports to leadership Ensure that all rollouts meet the highest standards of quality and that products are delivered without disruption, tracking performance post-launch and implementing corrective actions as needed Lead and mentor the product rollout team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement Drive innovation and improvement in product rollout processes, utilizing lessons learned from past rollouts to optimize future initiatives Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, operations, or project management, with a focus on managing large-scale rollouts across multiple markets & functions Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving product-related initiatives Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across different functions Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering on-time and within scope for large, complex product rollouts Experience in risk management and issue resolution, with a focus on mitigating risks during rollouts Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on executive-level reporting and collaboration Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and measuring performance against KPIs and delivering actionable insights A collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage and work effectively with diverse teams across the organization By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy apply I'm interested I'm interested Privacy Notice I'm interested Refer a friend share this job Share to WeChat × Copy the link and open WeChat to share.
