Position is responsible for providing analysis of Localized Assortment Applications to make recommendations to improve store inventory assortments. Additionally, will provide support and become proficient in each of the following areas: Returns, New Store Inventories, Project Coordination and Existing Store Inventories. This position is expected to develop a broad understanding of several areas within the department through performing tasks in each area as needed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Develop mastery of the Localized Assortment suite and provide support and training for other users in ESA, NSA and Analyst Exceptions. Assist Projects team with follow-up store compliance, drafting Team Weekly and Managers Assignments for Project Coordinators, attend planning meetings and general research on specific lines or products (product alerts) as needed. Research and perform analysis related to special store inventory request including renovation/relocation projects and provide recommendations to Inventory Control and Store Field management. Prepare and adjust special store inventory request using ESA and schedule with field team to compete project. Assist in identifying critical areas needing to be addressed to enhance existing and new store inventories through advanced reporting. Assist Analyst team in all aspects of responsibility for overflow workload. Including but not limited to processing backroom and OFM projects, special requests, max/min requests and reviewing exceptions. Provide guidance/training on the best practices for ESA and Analyst Exceptions. Assist New Store team in all aspects of responsibility for overflow workload. Including but not limited to new store orders, Renovation/Relocation orders, Store type review and gates hydraulic additions. Assist Returns team in all aspects of responsibility for overflow workload. Including but not limited to preparing factory stock adjustments and lifts back to the vendor, disposition of store buyout merchandise and create additional reports and special returns. Gain an understanding of SQL statements and macros ran in the department to assist support and create new reports as needed. SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES Required: High School diploma or equivalent. Driven by customer service. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent analytical skills. Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and Windows based email management. Good organizational attributes. Ability to handle multiple projects. Must convey a positive and professional image. Desired: Two or more years automotive aftermarket sales experience. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
