Posting Date 08/14/2026 2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of America The Senior Manager, Learning Operations leads the program operations function and team in DaVita University’s Learning Center of Excellence ( CoE ) . The Sr Manager leads team functions and is accountable for efficient and effective implement ation , deliver y , and innovat ion of program operations to advance the Village Learning strategy . They develop and o wn partnerships with business lanes and collaboratively manages stakeholder relationships across multiple business lanes and schools. The Sr Manager is responsible for managing performance and develop ing direct reports. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Lead the Learning Operations function , strategic direction , and technical innovations to ensure logistics planning and execution for learning programs are advancing Village learning strategy . 2. Partner with business lanes, program owners , and key stakeholders to ensure program experiences and learning operations are driv ing capability and business outcomes . 3 . Oversee capacity and performance of Learning O perations team resources to fulfill logistical and communication needs for program delivery . Ensure logistical quality , standards , and innovation of in-person , virtual programs , digital assets, and LMS/LXP administration for programming. 4 . Own centralized standards, processes, and templates for master delivery calendar , communications, venue contracting, and budgeting for learning operations . 5 . Other duties as assigned. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
