Standard Job Description You will be the Reliability Engineer Sr. Staff - Level 5 for the Reliability Engineering team which is responsible for developing and executing reliability studies, analyses, and improvement programs that ensure high performance, dependable systems.

As the Reliability Engineer Sr. Staff - Level 5 you will be responsible for driving reliability excellence across the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and execute reliability studies, analyses, and improvement programs to ensure high‑performance, dependable systems. Apply reliability engineering principles to maximize asset availability. Identify and implement surveillance and testability methods, including condition monitoring and Reliability Centered Maintenance solutions. Establish system‑engineering principles for reliability, supportability, and maintainability across all life‑cycle phases. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed reliability practices into design, production, and de‑commissioning. Further Information About This Opportunity MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. Develops, coordinates and conducts technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and design of experiments (doe) constructs. Recommends design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability. Compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics; investigates and analyzes relevant variables potentially affecting product and processes. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards. Analyzes preliminary plans and develops reliability engineering programs to achieve company, customer and governmental agency reliability objectives. May develop mathematical models to identify units, batches or processes posing excessive failure risks. As necessary, proposes changes in design or formulation to improve system and/or process reliability. May determine units and/or batches requiring environmental testing, and specifies minimum number of samples to obtain statistically valid data. Basic Qualifications - Project management experience. - Scheduling and planning experience. - Knowledge of reducing unscheduled equipment downtime across critical assets, preserving production capacity and protecting capital investments. - Ability to generate incremental productivity gains for Plant Engineering through data driven PM optimization and rapid fault isolation. Desired Skills -Expertise in tracking critical systems unscheduled maintenance downtime. -Facilitate Root Cause Analysis events, documenting actions and driving process improvements. -Experience in direct cost avoidance by intercepting equipment failures prior to occurrence. -Subject Matter Expert in preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance methodologies.
