We are looking for a confident, charismatic, and passionate Head Mixologist at Minus one bar to lead our bar operations and team. Lead the daily operations of the bar while creating an energetic and memorable guest experience Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team, ensuring clear expectations and consistently high standards Manage beverage policies, procedures, liquor controls, inventory, par levels, portion control, and costs Support beverage menu development, promotions, and new ideas Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Communicate important information to the team and ensure everyone is prepared for events and changing business needs Listen to guest feedback, resolve concerns, and continuously look for ways to improve the experience Support training, onboarding, performance development, and corrective action when needed Collaborate with the wider Beverage & Food team and support other outlets when required
