Senior Analyst, Logistics Finance Intelligence at a glance...   You will be the hands-on builder supporting the Logistics Finance Intelligence capability at Kraft Heinz. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager for Logistics Finance Intelligence, you will build and maintain the pipelines, dashboards, and AI agents that automate logistics cost analytics — dedicated fleet, warehouse performance, pallets tracking, and transportation network efficiency. This is not a reporting analyst role. You write code, build pipelines, and ship tools that replace manual work. You are based in our Mexico Global Capability Center alongside the Logistics Finance Intelligence Senior Manager, and work closely with Logistics Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders across the network.   What’s on the menu?   Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines ingesting SAP/S4 logistics and cost data — transportation, warehouse, and fleet data — ensuring clean, traceable, audit-ready inputs for all downstream analytics and agents   Develop and maintain dashboards covering logistics cost analytics — dedicated fleet performance, warehouse fixed vs. variable cost splits, pallets pool visibility, and transportation network efficiency by lane and facility   Build transportation network performance tracking — DPS efficiency, buffer bypass frequency, redeployment costs, repack costs, and other network inefficiency metrics that feed Logistics Finance decision-making   Support the build and testing of Snowflake Cortex AI agents for logistics finance workflows — close automation, forecast pack generation, cost variance analysis, and ad-hoc requests from Logistics Finance partners   Automate month-end close and forecast deliverables for Logistics Finance — replacing manual Excel processes with scheduled, validated, pipeline-driven outputs   Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis when pipeline outputs don’t match expectations — you own the quality of what you build   Document data models, pipeline logic, and agent prompts to the standard required by internal audit and the Finance AI Architecture team   Collaborate closely with the Logistics Finance Intelligence Senior Manager and peer analysts across the Supply Chain Finance Intelligence pillar to share patterns and avoid duplicating work   Recipe for Success — apply now if this sounds like you!   I have 2–5 years of experience in finance, data analytics, or data engineering — with exposure to logistics finance, supply chain cost management, or transportation and warehouse analytics preferred   I understand logistics cost mechanics — freight rates, warehouse cost drivers, fleet economics, and how logistics inefficiencies surface in financial reporting   I write SQL and Python fluently — I build pipelines, not just queries   I have experience with Snowflake or an equivalent cloud data platform; exposure to Snowflake Cortex or LLM APIs is a plus   I build dashboards that business users actually use — not prototypes that get abandoned after the demo   I have worked with SAP/S4 logistics or supply chain data — transportation management, warehouse management, or cost data in a supply chain context   I am comfortable working in a co-located GCC team with stakeholders in Chicago — I communicate proactively and don’t wait to be asked for updates   I have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field       Location(s)   Mexico City, Mexico — Global Capability Center (GCC)   Location(s) Mexico City - Antara Tower A - 5th Floor - Local Office   Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes .
