Job Title Security - Officer Job Description Summary Job Description The Manager – Security will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of people, property, and assets within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing security protocols, monitoring risk, managing security teams, coordinating with law enforcement and external agencies, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and safety regulations.

Develop, implement, and monitor security and safety policies, procedures, and protocols. Lead, train, and supervise security personnel to ensure effective deployment and vigilance. Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions. Oversee installation, monitoring, and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarms, etc.). Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and organizational standards related to safety and security. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures. Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and external agencies as required. Develop and implement emergency response and disaster recovery plans. Conduct safety awareness programs, drills, and training sessions for employees. Prepare and manage security budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements.
