The Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) organization is currently hiring an All-Up-Round (AUR) and Guidance Section (GS) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the AMRAAM® D4 / C9 Program to join our Tucson, AZ location. ASDS IPTL roles provide an exciting and challenging environment, offering the opportunity to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver innovative solutions for our customers. In this role, you will apply the engineering life cycle and collaborate with engineering disciplines, Chief Engineers, Chief Technologists, and the customer to ensure the development and production of high-performing systems that meet the needs of our warfighters. As the AUR and GS IPTL, you will ensure the coordination and integration of the teams executing the contracts to include providing technical oversight and managing the execution of the program. This role also includes establishing strong relationships with other functional organizations. This position is 100% on site in Tucson, AZ.
What You Will Do
Lead a multidisciplinary IPT in the design, development, and integration of Guidance Section hardware and associated engineering test equipment in support of AIM 120 D4/C9 variant implementation. Serve as Cost Account Manager for assigned control accounts, ensuring accurate planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and variance analysis. Define and prioritize program level capabilities and backlog to align with product vision, technical strategy, and customer objectives. Develop and maintain an integrated program roadmap, ensuring alignment of Guidance Section and AUR deliverables with program milestones and cross functional dependencies. Interpret, communicate, and incorporate contractual and customer requirements into IPT planning, technical execution, and decision making. Collaborate closely with System Architects, Product Owners, and Cross Product Team Leads to ensure cohesive system integration and
