Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Strategy

We are looking for a strategic and influential leader to join our Organizational Effectiveness team. This role sits at the intersection of leadership, strategy, organizational design, and transformation. You will partner directly with senior leaders to solve complex organizational challenges, improve team effectiveness, and help shape the future of how IP operates. This is an opportunity to act as an internal consultant, facilitator, coach, and strategist, working across leadership teams to identify barriers to performance, design practical solutions, and drive measurable improvements in organizational health and effectiveness.
