Job Description
About the Role: The Project Engineer – Civil Finishing is responsible for execution and supervision of all finishing activities at site, ensuring quality, timely completion, and adherence to design specifications. The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality finishes as per project standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all civil finishing works including: Plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, joinery works, façade finishing, etc. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution. Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines. Conduct quality checks and inspections for finishing works. Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage. Coordinate with MEP and other teams to avoid rework and clashes. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site updates. Check and verify contractor bills (RA bills) based on actual work completed. Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols. Address and resolve site issues related to finishing works.
