As the primary orchestrator, you will connect Cisco’s full product portfolio—ranging from secure networking to complex architectural solutions—to our customers’ most critical business goals. Our team bridges the gap between customer roadmaps and innovative technology, collaborating closely with Portfolio Solution Engineers and specialist teams to deliver high-impact results. You will work in a high-growth environment where you lead the strategy for large-scale accounts and influence the next generation of secure networking. Your Impact
Orchestrate multi-faceted, highly complex deal cycles for Cisco’s largest Commercial accounts to drive significant revenue growth. Lead executive-level engagements with C-suite stakeholders to champion innovative strategies that facilitate long-term business transformation. Leverage competitive data and market insights to position secure networking solutions, including switching, wireless, routing, and firewall technologies. Direct the entire sales process from prospecting to completion, ensuring sustainable cross-portfolio growth and accurate CRM forecasting. Achieve success by securing long-term partnerships and navigating complex commercial, legal, and technical requirements to deliver measurable value for the customer. Minimum Qualifications • 8+ years of related sales experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years with a Master’s degree, or 3+ years with a PhD. • Experience managing large-scale Commercial accounts or high-tier market segments. • Proven experience selling core secure networking technologies, specifically switching, wireless, routing, and firewalls. • Experience managing sales cycles ranging from 50 Kto 750K+ with durations of 3 to 18 months. • Proficiency in using CRM tools and business intelligence software for sales forecasting and funnel management. Preferred Qualifications • Strong ability to influence C-suite executives and navigate complex stakeholder environments. • Deep understanding of customer business models, industry trends, and economic drivers to anticipate evolving needs. • Expertise in leading consultative negotiations involving commercial, legal, and technical complexities. • Demonstrated skill in cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, and procurement teams to enhance workflows. • Strategic mindset with the ability to interpret competitive landscapes and provide actionable recommendations.
