Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Advisory Manager to lead and manage large-scale Ports, Marine, and Inland Waterways (IWT) infrastructure projects. The incumbent will be responsible for overall project coordination, monitoring, reporting, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery of projects in compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and approved schedules. Leading, coordinating and supervising the Consultant's team and providing directions to the Consultant's team for: delivering the Services in a time bound manner to ensure that the project(s) are delivered as per the Client's requirements Overall management of the project(s) including but not limited to monitoring, reporting, and coordinating to ensure that the project(s) development is in accordance with Client's / requirement Tracking & monitoring various project(s) using the lT based MIS tools and dashboards created for this purpose by the Client and highlighting any non-conformity or deviations from the approved schedule and need for amendments, if any" Assist in conducting regular project(s) review meetings Monitor compliance with project timelines, budgets, quality standards, safety requirements, and statutory approvals. Facilitate decision-making processes and support implementation of project amendments and improvements as required. Ensure seamless communication and coordination among all project participants for successful project delivery.
Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) M.Tech / MBA / Master's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Infrastructure Management, or related field (Mandatory) Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure projects.
Additional Information
Proven experience in managing Ports, Marine, Coastal, Harbour, Jetty, Waterfront Development, or Inland Waterways Transport (IWT) Projects. Experience in consultancy/project management assignments for government or large infrastructure projects will be preferred.
