Project Coordinator What this job involves: As a Project Coordinator within JLL’s Project and Development Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of commercial real estate design and construction projects for high-profile clients. This position combines financial administration, project governance, operational coordination, and technology adoption to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with client expectations. Working across both remote and onsite environments, you will maintain project data integrity, support financial processes, and help drive accountability to established standards and procedures. What your day-to-day will look like: Review, track, and process project budgets, vendor proposals, purchase orders, and change orders within financial systems while ensuring all transactions remain within approved project budgets and data accuracy standards. Reconcile vendor invoices against contract agreements, proactively resolve billing discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries related to purchase orders and invoicing processes. Utilize JLL and client project management technology platforms daily, support adoption of emerging digital tools, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the team. Identify project-related risks, workflow bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies, implement solutions within scope, and escalate complex issues with clear recommendations and supporting context. Audit project data entries across assigned projects, identify compliance gaps, and collaborate with Project Managers to maintain alignment with PMO standards and reporting requirements. Recommend process improvements and operational best practices that enhance project delivery, efficiency, and overall team performance. Attend program and project meetings, document action items and deliverables, and follow through with stakeholders to maintain accountability and project momentum. Partner with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to support seamless communication, issue resolution, and successful project execution. Required qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, project accounting, or a related support function within a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Proven experience with financial reconciliation, purchase order management, vendor invoice processing, and resolving data inconsistencies within financial systems. Demonstrated ability to maintain accountability to established procedures, follow up consistently on deliverables, and support adherence to project governance standards.
