Specialist, OR Project Management

With limited supervision, is responsible for the day-to-day administration, coordination and direct construction oversight of capital and maintenance projects including but not limited to overhead and underground transmission and distribution, substation, gas, environmental/remediation and facilities renovation/construction projects. Responsibilities shall require a significant degree of independent judgment and individual action. Performs field oversight and documentation of projects being performed by contractor labor forces to assure conformity with plans and specifications, and verifies that equipment and material supplied meets specifications. This is a Supervisory Transition Rate 5 position (STR 5) "this position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
