Assistant Head Coach

You will focus on execution, product   presentation   and service, to show your team and the customer what you know -   what’s   great about the product and   why.     WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?     As an   Assist ant   Head Coach , you wil l   assist   the Store Leader (Nike Head Coach)   by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in a store.   You will p erform all store management functions in   the   absence of Head Coach . You will c oordinate   and supervise the daily activities of business support   staff   and   s et priorities for the team to ensure task   completion,   coordinate work activities with other supervisors .   You will a ppl y   management skills to improve efficiency and   accomplish   operational   objectives   within own   unit   and   will   be responsible for   recruiting and hiring top talent to ensure a diverse and energetic work environment.   You will s et priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines ,   develop plans to meet short-term   objectives , p erform work in support of brand plans ,   demonstrate   link between daily work   &   company   mission   and   participate   in initiatives, and programs.   You will p repare statistical and narrative reports of store activities . Also, you m ay   be required   to   communicate with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance     WHAT YOU BRING     Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years retail experience, or 5 years retail experience in lieu of a degree.   A minimum of 3 years management experience, including experience in coaching,   counselling   and developing people   Ability to lead   a high level   of customer service in a Brand Retailer   Ability to recruit, lead, and manage a team   Ability to work evenings,   weekends,   and holidays     Of course, our commitments   don't   stop with our customers.
