The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. Tasks/Responsibilities Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas: Submission Clearance Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance Compliance Auto Other operations, as needed Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed Required Skills/Experience Microsoft Excel and Word Microsoft Office Suite Desired Skills/Experience: Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Detail and quality minded Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team Superior knowledge of Excel and Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly Education Bachelor’s degree Do you like solving complex business problems, working with talented colleagues and have an innovative mindset?
