The People Partner for the newly created Graphics Solutions Business (GSB) will partner with the Page Wide Global Business Unit leaders and will be the main point of contact for the GSB business in AMS to develop and execute people strategies that align with organizational objectives, promote employee engagement, and enable the business to achieve business outcomes. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s people strategy. In this role, you will coach and collaborate with executive leaders to drive business outcomes and organization effectiveness. Responsibilities
Partner closely with leaders to link the organizational and workforce strategies to improve organization effectiveness, talent quality, performance and culture. Establish and implement overall workforce strategy, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to drive business transformation. As a trusted advisor, you will deliver insights and solutions to the leadership team to address business challenges and leader development. Develop effective business strategies focused on people and talent. Recommend and develop People strategies and solutions to drive organizational performance and employee engagement measures. You will enable talent management strategy and process to develop world-class, inclusive talent.
