Standard Job Description 
 What You Will Be Doing Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions. These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping. Over sees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.  • Transportation and/or logistics experience • Experience with Production/Production Control Processes and Procedures • Experience with SAP analytical data/tools, CribMaster, &/or MAXIMO • Experience cost, schedule, &/or technical data reporting results to various levels of leadership, internal, and external. • Previous leadership experience Desired Skills 
 • Experience with Microsoft Office tools • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Production and /or Production Control Experience • Strong background in all processes of Business Operations • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written • Candidate willing and able to engage on routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions • Risk identification and management experience • Experience in bid, proposal and estimating practices, and capital budget • Previous Leadership experience for both Salaried and Represented employees • Fabrication experience such as order release, scheduling, &/or capacity planning requirements • Inventory Management Experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00 At  Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
