Manufacturing Production Utility Worker - 1st shift

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Utility team member to support manufacturing operations within our Value Stream. In this hands-on role, you will operate production equipment, perform quality checks, complete required documentation, and help keep products moving safely and efficiently from start to finish. What You’ll Do Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to training, work instructions, quality standards, and standard shop practices. Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify products meet specifications. Use testing equipment to complete required quality checks, including bubble point, leak, flow, and differential pressure testing. Set up and use inspection tools and test equipment accurately at the workstation. Complete required production documentation and system transactions accurately and on time. Identify and communicate quality concerns, process issues, or barriers that may impact safety, quality, delivery, or production goals. Support smooth product flow through the Value Stream and assist with handoffs between process steps. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and quality-focused work area. What We’re Looking For Ability to follow written instructions, standard work, product details, and quality requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Comfort working with basic measurement tools and production equipment. Good communication skills and the ability to raise concerns when something does not look right. Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn new processes. Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous manufacturing experience preferred; three to twelve months of related experience is helpful. Basic computer and math skills required. Experience using micrometers, verniers, calipers, scales, or similar inspection tools is helpful. Ability to wear a respirator when required. Why Join Us?
