As a F&B Breakfast Host at Atria , you will deliver warm, personalised service that exceeds expectations in Melbourne's iconic sky-high dining destination. You will embody the legendary service standards that define The Ritz-Carlton while creating memorable moments for every guest. The F&B Breakfast Host is responsible for delivering an exceptional breakfast experience through attentive service, strong menu knowledge, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.

Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner at Atria the host desk. Review in house package reports to identify guests with breakfast inclusion. Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns. Assist breakfast service team where required by F&B management. Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation. Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and restocking, and rotate stock to reduce waste and ensure freshness. Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
