What You Will Get To Do: The Senior Administrator is responsible for delivering high-quality superannuation administration services while supporting the effective management of incidents, complaints, breaches and remediation activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, stakeholder management and a commitment to delivering positive member outcomes and maintaining a strong risk culture. The Senior Administrator will undertake the following duties: Process workflow cases accurately and within agreed service levels. Respond to enquiries from members, advisers, employers and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate member records and data. Support the end-to-end management of incidents, complaints and remediation activities. Assist with investigations, root cause analysis and impact assessments relating to incidents and member outcomes. Support the identification, calculation and implementation of member remediation activities where required. Prepare reports, records and documentation relating to incidents, complaints, breaches and remediation programs. Monitor and track incidents, complaints and remediation actions to ensure timely resolution and compliance with regulatory obligations. Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate the effective resolution of incidents, complaints and remediation activities. Contribute to process improvements and maintain team procedures and operations manuals. Complete User Acceptance Testing for administration platform releases. Ensure administration activities comply with service levels, policies, legislative requirements and risk management frameworks. Participate in job rotations and provide team support as required. Support the Manager with team training, compliance and operational requirements.

What You Will Bring

Demonstrated experience in superannuation administration, financial services administration, incident management, complaints handling or remediation activities. Strong attention to detail with proven data processing and analytical skills. Demonstrated knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory environment. Experience investigating incidents, identifying root causes
