Job Description
The Global Mobility Manager is the operational backbone of ServiceNow's US immigration and global mobility programs. In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day execution of immigration petitions, handle wet signature coordination for visa applications, and support the strategic initiatives of our Global Mobility team. You'll partner with our immigration vendors, internal teams (Global People, Finance, Legal), and employees to ensure smooth, compliant processing of global mobility matters. This is a high-visibility, detail-oriented role where accuracy, compliance, and employee experience directly impact hiring timelines and business growth. Key responsibilities
US immigration and petition management Manage end-to-end US immigration case processing, including preparation, tracking, and coordination with immigration vendors and legal partners. Prepare and organize documentation packages for visa petitions and employment-based immigration matters. Coordinate wet signature collection from employees, managers, and authorized company signers for immigration forms and petitions. Maintain accurate case files and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and compliance requirements are satisfied. Track petition status with vendors and government agencies; provide timely updates to employees and hiring managers. Support US work authorization verification and I-9 compliance processes. Program operations and employee support Serve as a primary point of contact for employees navigating immigration and relocation matters; respond to inquiries with accuracy and empathy. Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on immigration-related logistics and timelines. Manage relocation logistics for employees, including vendor coordination, expense tracking, and policy compliance. Maintain organized records and documentation; ensure data accuracy in immigration and mobility systems. Assist with visa sponsorship onboarding and communication to new international hires. Process improvement and compliance Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies; escalate recommendations to the Senior Manager of Global Mobility and Immigration for continuous improvement. Stay current on US immigration law changes, policy updates, and compliance requirements that impact ServiceNow's programs. Prepare reports and dashboards on case status, timelines, and program metrics to support decision-making. Support audit requests and compliance verification from legal, tax, or regulatory partners. Document processes and create workflows to support team consistency and knowledge sharing. Technology and tools Become proficient in immigration case management systems, ServiceNow platforms, and other tools used for program execution. Explore automation and AI-tool opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve accuracy. Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure data is easily accessible to the team.
