You’ll partner with the Coach – Operational Excellence to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service. This position is a split between office (rostering, payroll) and cash wrap (serving consumers on registers) Reporting into the Coach, you will: Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun! WHAT YOU BRING: Your passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow your leadership career Your 1-2 years retail leadership experience within stockroom management, stock planning, facility management or similar Your strong written and verbal communication skills Your sound computer proficiency Your natural sense of urgency WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
