THE WORK Deliver end-to-end IT solutions through on‑premises, hybrid, and multi‑cloud models utilizing Google technologies, tailored for enterprise clients, critical infrastructure, and government institutions. Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions in areas such as infrastructure architecture, container platforms, automation, DevOps, and disaster recovery/high availability. Act as a technical authority during infrastructure assessments, transformations, and large‑scale modernization initiatives. Identify, propose, and drive optimization and transformation opportunities across on‑premises and cloud environments. Provide technical leadership by mentoring and training engineering teams, sharing best practices, and contributing to internal standards and knowledge bases. Flexible:  The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED 6+ years of hands‑on experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise‑grade infrastructure solutions. Strong, proven expertise in container technologies and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, GKE, OpenShift, Anthos), including architecture design and production operations. Hands‑on experience with Linux, infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible), scripting, and enterprise virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix). Advanced understanding of DevOps culture, practices, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitLab, Pipelines). Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and configuration management. Strong practical experience in designing, managing, and transforming on‑premises infrastructure in hybrid or cloud‑integrated environments. Solid understanding of networking, storage (file, block, object), databases, and infrastructure monitoring/logging solutions at scale. Hands‑on experience with at least one public cloud platform, with preference for Google Cloud. Fluent or upper‑intermediate proficiency in English and Polish, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly. Availability and willingness for international travel.
