Program Management Specialist, Mid The Opportunity: Provide program management support directly to an Assistant Program Manager within a Navy cybersecurity program office. E nga ge with multiple stakeholders across engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts, and logistics functions. Develop comprehensive briefings and communicate program status to Navy leadership. Track critical action items, schedules, costs, and performance met rics. Analyze requirements, budget s, and schedules to perform management and business case analyses. Collect, organize, and interpret data using advanced visualization techniques tailored to various audiences. You Have: Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization techniques Experience providing spe cia lized project management support for a Department of Defense acquisition program Knowledge of Micro sof t applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work independently and as a team member to manage schedule, cost, and performance met rics Ability to apply excellent organizational and critical thinking skills Ability to travel up to 20% of the time TS/SCI clearance HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in project management, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in project management, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in project management Nice If You Have: Experience working within a Navy cybersecurity program office Experience conducting organizational studies and work simplification measurements Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework Ability to prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating efficiently Master’s degree CompTIA Security+ Certification PMI PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
