About this role

Tailored Lending Operations is responsible for the onboarding, servicing, and ongoing operational support of Tailored Lending loans. Key responsibilities include loan origination support, loan documentation review, execution and control of disbursement and payment requests, financial reconciliation, document management, issue research and resolution, audit-related data and documentation support, and coordination with Field, Product, Technology, Finance, Credit, and external vendors supporting the loan platform. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $65,000 and $102,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
