Trend Micro Deep Security Antivirus Administration Endpoint Security Malware & Virus Remediation AV Server Management Incident & Change Management Vulnerability Management Messaging Gateway Support Backup & Restoration RCA & DR Activities

Manage and administer Trend Micro Deep Security/Antivirus infrastructure. Monitor antivirus signature updates, AV server health, and endpoint protection status. Troubleshoot malware, virus, and spyware incidents and coordinate with OEM support. Perform AV installations, upgrades, patch management, and policy fine-tuning. Manage central AV servers, messaging gateway security, backups, and restorations. Handle incident, request, change management, and root cause analysis (RCA). Conduct vulnerability remediation, DR drills, and service improvement initiatives. Generate security reports and maintain operational documentation.

Areas of responsibility            Triaging and resolution of tickets-"Perform initial triage for high priority incident tickets (P2 tickets)
