About the Role
As a Client Associate, Fund Management, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing operational support and managing service-related inquiries across fund administration and transfer agency activities. You will build trusted client relationships, resolve complex issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence. Success in this role is measured through client satisfaction, operational accuracy, timely issue resolution, and effective stakeholder management. You will contribute to continuous process improvements while maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
What You Will Be Doing
Act as the primary client contact for operational inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution. Manage client relationships and deliver a high standard of service across transfer agency and fund servicing activities. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues within agreed service levels. Monitor operational activities to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with established procedures. Analyze client concerns, identify root causes, and drive timely corrective actions. Support onboarding, transitions, and implementation activities for new and existing clients. Prepare and deliver client reporting, service reviews, and operational updates. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, requests, and resolutions. Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, controls, and client experience. Support audits, risk reviews, and regulatory requirements related to fund administration and transfer agency operations.
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Minimum 2 years of e xperience in Transfer Agency, Fund Management, Fund Administration, Asset Management or related financial services operations. Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and resolving complex operational issues. Strong understanding of investment funds, shareholder servicing, subscription and redemption processes, and fund operational workflows. Knowledge of operational controls, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements within the funds industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting institutional, asset management or investment fund clients is preferred. Knowledge of transfer agency platforms, fund accounting systems, or client servicing technologies is preferred. Experience leading service improvement initiatives or operational change projects is preferred. Understanding of AML, KYC, investor servicing, and fund compliance processes is preferred. Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications is good to have.
