Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Supply Chain Director to lead our automotive manufacturing logistics and materials strategy. You will orchestrate materials, warehousing, purchasing, and international trade to ensure 100% customer delivery. Your leadership will directly optimize working capital, champion continuous improvement, and maintain strict adherence to global automotive quality standards. Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Formulate long-term supply chain strategies aligned with business growth. Lead and develop high-performance teams through mentorship and training. Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement cost-reduction projects.
Operational Excellence
Direct demand planning, sourcing, and warehousing for timely material flow. Manage inventory levels to balance customer service and working capital. Mitigate supply chain risks by ensuring robust supplier capacity management.
Logistics & Compliance
Oversee global logistics, customs, imports, exports, and transport networks. Align critical communications between internal teams, suppliers, and automotive OEM clients. Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience Requirements
10+ years of experience in materials management, internal logistics, or supply chain. 5+ years leading multi‑plant organizations. Automotive Standards and EHS & Security: Mastery of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CTPAT, and OEA regulations. Problem Solving & Quality Tools: Expert application of 8D, Core Tools, LPA, and CAPA. High-impact leadership and team development. Advanced analytical thinking and strategic decision-making. Strong cross-functional organization and communication. Languages
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
