Overview
Are you passionate about helping organizations transform the way people work using AI? We are looking for a Copilot Solution Engineer to join our AI Business Solutions team. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers to accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and related Microsoft AI solutions. You will lead technical engagements, deliver compelling demonstrations and workshops, design enterprise-scale architectures, and help customers realize measurable business value from AI. We are seeking an experienced Copilot Solution Engineer (IC4) to help enterprise customers realize business value from Microsoft AI solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents. The successful candidate will engage directly with business and technical decision makers, lead technical discovery and envisioning workshops, design solution architectures, build proof-of-concepts, and drive technical decisions that accelerate customer AI transformation. This is an individual contributor role that requires technical depth, consultative selling skills, executive presence, and the ability to independently lead complex customer engagements from opportunity identification through technical validation and deployment readiness. Responsibilities
Lead technical customer engagements focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents. Design and validate secure, scalable AI solutions aligned to customer business goals. Deliver executive briefings, envisioning sessions, workshops, and proof-of-concepts. Partner with account teams, specialists, partners, and customer stakeholders to drive successful AI transformation initiatives. Act as a trusted technical advisor to business and technology decision makers. Share technical expertise and best practices across the Solution Engineering community.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or customer-facing technology roles. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, AI, cloud technologies, or modern workplace solutions. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to engage both business and technical audiences. Passion for innovation, customer success, and AI-driven transformation. Polish language proficiency. Solution Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Poland is zł 197,300.00 - zł 353,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
