We are hiring a senior PLM who owns strategic technology domains, drives roadmap and lifecycle decisions, and establishes governance and investment discipline across AI-related initiatives Responsibilities: Own product strategy, roadmap alignment, and lifecycle management for strategic technology initiatives including AI, Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), Junos/EVO platform evolution, and related networking and security innovations Drive NPAT-wide AI strategy and governance by establishing portfolio visibility, investment prioritization, metrics, ROI frameworks, and executive-level reporting across AI initiatives and customer-facing AI offerings Lead cross-functional planning and execution across Product Management, Engineering, Security, Finance, and GTM teams to align technology investments with customer requirements and business objectives. Develop business cases, product requirements, market positioning, and lifecycle strategies for new and existing capabilities, ensuring successful introduction, adoption, monetization, and retirement of products and platform components. Identify technology gaps, dependencies, risks, and strategic opportunities across networking, security, AI, and cloud initiatives, and drive recommendations for long-term portfolio evolution.

Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required. 10+ years of Product Management, Product Line Management, Product Strategy, or related experience.
