 OVERVIEW The Digital and Technology India, is seeking a Lead Analyst, AIA Activation to join the AI and Automation team. The AIA Activation team serves as the bridge between identifying AI use cases to enabling value through business adoption. The AI & Automation team is seeking a Lead AIA Analyst to shepherd General Mills’ AI journey into agent-based (agentic) capabilities — planning, delivering, and governing our enterprise AI platforms, custom AI agents, and the processes that support them. This highly visible role will partner with business and D&T stakeholders to identify and execute high‑value AI use cases, then create, manage, and sustain the expansion of generative and agent-based capabilities across the enterprise, working closely with other D&T AI initiatives to shape the overall AI user experience KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Partner with functional domain stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize high-value AI and agentic AI use cases. Lead discovery and opportunity assessment efforts to determine where AI can improve decision-making, process efficiency, service levels, productivity, and user experience. Translate business problems into clear analytical, technical, and delivery requirements for AI solutions, agents, and supporting workflows. Lead planning and implementation of AI and automation initiatives, including pilots, proofs of value, and scaled deployments. Collaborate with business teams, product teams, data scientists, engineers, and platform partners to design and deliver Supply Chain AI capabilities. Support development of domain-specific agents and workflows that augment functional domain processes and enable better human decision-making. Evaluate existing functional domain processes, data, and pain points to determine where agentic AI can be responsibly and effectively applied. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to educate teams on AI possibilities, assess readiness, and define business value. Help establish and sustain governance processes for functional domain AI use cases, including risk management, user acceptance, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Ensure activation work follows established responsible AI, governance, risk, and documentation practices in partnership with the relevant team. Contribute to development of best practices, playbooks, enablement assets, KPIs, and operating processes that strengthen activation capabilities across the Agentic AI office. Translate the learnings from the engagement to reusable consumable form for other areas to benefit from it. Support the intake, build, publish of the agents are in accordance to the defined frameworks by the AI Office. Monitor solution performance, user feedback, and business outcomes, then make recommendations for optimization and broader adoption Analyze, present, and report on key performance indicators, value realization, and overall initiative progress to business and D&T leaders. Partner to evaluate the technological releases including platform, services, models etc. within the Agentic AI space and document the recommendations. Work closely with the vendor partners as required to influence the prioritization of required features / fixes. Monitor feedback and insights, collaborating with Agent Authors to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
