Commissioning Engineer (ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) Philippines)

Provide technical oversight, operational support, and quality assurance across all six commissioning levels (L1–L6) to ensure mission-critical facility infrastructure strictly meets internal standards, contract specifications, and operational requirements. ● Factory Witness Testing (CXL1A), ● Delivery & Positioning Onsite (CXL1B) ● Installation QA/QC & Pre-Start Up (Dead) Testing (CXL2), ● Witnessing Start-Up, Energisation and Performance Testing (CXL3), ● Validating functional testing align with approved SOO (sequence of operation) (CXL4), ● Supporting HLT and Integrated Systems Testing(CXL5), ● Overseeing closeout, punch list resolution, and handover (CXL6) ● Working in close collaboration with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants, the Commissioning Engineer ensures mission-critical facility infrastructure strictly aligns with internal standards, contract specifications, and operational requirements. In addition to technical execution, the role enforces rigorous adherence to site Safety Management Systems (PTW, LOTO, JHA,RA and MOP) and maintains commissioning trackers, issue logs, and risk registers to report progress directly to the Lead Commissioning Manager for a seamless operational transition.
