Learn more about our benefits .  Mechatronics, Controls & Robotics Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in developing advanced control solutions for high-precision automation, robotics, motion control, and process control systems. Experienced in translating system requirements into robust control architectures, algorithms, and software solutions that improve accuracy, throughput, reliability, and overall system performance. Strong foundation in Classical and Modern Control Theory, including PID control, state-space modeling, observer design, system identification, servo tuning, feedforward control, and advanced motion control techniques. Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, Model-Based Design, and Embedded Code Generation, enabling rapid development and deployment of control applications. Skilled in creating mathematical models of dynamic systems, implementing real-time control algorithms, conducting experimental validation, and optimizing system performance through data-driven engineering approaches. Hands-on experience integrating sensors, actuators, servo drives, embedded controllers, and industrial communication interfaces within complex mechatronic systems. Passionate about applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to next-generation automation and robotics solutions, including predictive control, fault detection, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and intelligent system optimization. Known for strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, electrical, software, systems, and product engineering teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions. Passionate about building intelligent, high-performance mechatronic systems that combine controls, software, robotics, data analytics, and AI to solve complex engineering challenges and drive innovation in advanced manufacturing and automation. Job Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Develop mathematical models representing static and dynamic behavior of complex mechatronic systems. Perform system identification and parameter estimation using experimental and analytical methods.
