We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    JD  Assistant Manager – Marketing Mall Operation What your day-to-day will look like: Strategy and Campaign Development: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, events) to support local and national business objectives Content and Collateral Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and digital assets, ensuring all materials align with JLL’s brand voice and standards Digital Marketing Execution: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media presence, and email marketing automation to generate and nurture leads Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, using data to assess ROI and inform future strategies Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our business lines, brokerage teams, and research departments to understand their needs and develop targeted marketing solutions that drive success Brand Stewardship: Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing communications and activities Desired or preferred experience and technical skills: Experience in the Malls / Hotel /Retail / Real estate, professional services, or technology industry Demonstrated experience with digital advertising, lead generation, and marketing analytics platforms A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 3-5 years of professional experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with modern marketing technology, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo), and content management systems   Location: On-site –Ludhiana, PB Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
