Overview JLL’s Project & Development Services (PDS) team is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support Project Management, Commissioning, Energy and Sustainability pursuits across Canada.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to: Research business opportunities and monitor online tendering sites. Support the analysis, strategy, and response to RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, MSAs, and VORs. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and marketing specialists to develop submission content. Thoughtfully curate technical responses that resonate with clients’ business needs. Apply strong visual communication techniques in proposals and presentations. Create dynamic and engaging interview presentations. Support dry run presentation preparation sessions with the pursuit team. Maintain the content library of resumes, case studies, brochures, templates, and presentations. Provide ongoing support to two Proposal Leads i.e. updating resumes, building templates, collaborating with US counterparts to ensure best-in-class content/resources are utilized etc. Project coordination of the proposal process, while multi-tasking multiple proposals at once Ongoing process improvement, resource/tool improvement etc. to ensure the proposal development process is efficient and best-in-class Qualifications Minimum 2 years in a similar role in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or Construction. Formal education in marketing/communication an asset. Excellent at communicating, writing, and editing. Strong organizational, planning, prioritizing and time management skills. Possesses and blend of creativity, research, technical skills, and hands-on experience. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite is a must (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Enjoys learning and is adaptable to various requests. Applicants may be required to provide a portfolio of work. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
