Job Summary
We are looking for a visionary strategist and Service Product Owner to redefine our Support and Services GTM model for an AI-first, 'agentic' future. As the Principal Product Manager, you will act as an internal consultant and the strategic bridge between Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, and GTM teams. You will focus specifically on a dedicated product set within Network Security, intimately understanding its product priorities and long-term roadmap to design and deliver perfectly aligned support and service models. Crucially, you are not building the software products; rather, you are the architect of the strategic service, support, and monetization models that surround them. Operating within a highly focused pod model, you will manage dedicated NPI Program Manager(s) while leading the evolution of our Support offerings from a traditional access-based model to one that is outcome-oriented and significantly enabled by AI. By combining the strategic, market-driven oversight of a top-tier consultant with the operational rigor of a Product Manager, you will ensure our global delivery teams are enabled, aligned, and strategically positioned to deliver exceptional service for every new NetSec launch.
Key Responsibilities
NetSec Portfolio Ownership: Serve as the definitive service and support owner for a specific product set within NetSec. Develop a deep, intimate understanding of the product roadmap, engineering priorities, and feature releases to anticipate service delivery needs. Define Strategic Service Vision: Establish the long-term GTM direction and service objectives for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and New Service Introductions (NSIs), ensuring support offerings are commercially viable, competitive, and tightly aligned with corporate strategy. Pod Leadership & Execution: Operate within a strategic pod model, mentoring, and guiding NPI Program Managers who will assist in actively program managing end-to-end launch deliverables. Internal Consulting & Standardization: Act as a strategic advisor to core Product Managers upstream. Develop and implement standardized "service permutations," empowering PMs to self-select proven delivery models. Product & Priority Alignment: Deeply understand the core product architecture and overarching business priorities to intelligently develop service delivery strategy. Orchestrate GTM Execution: Develop the core strategy for, and orchestrate, scalable Services launches. Ensure the field and Services delivery teams are strategically positioned and fully enabled. Market Analysis & Trend Identification: Continuously review industry trends related to AI, agentic support, and service monetization to develop operational improvements. Architectural
