Provide technical direction to the Hardware Engineering team for design and implementation activities Review and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings to ensure production success Manage production cost and schedule reporting using Earned Value methods Coordinate technical interchange meetings and communicate project status with program leadership and customers Monitor team progress toward Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) milestones Assist with feasibility studies and prepare Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for project assessments Oversee the development and fulfillment of Bills of Material (BOM) and Raytheon procurement processes Support manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring compliance with requirements and policies Learn and utilize tools such as SAP/PRISM for planning and tracking project needs Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience Experience providing technical direction to hardware engineering teams for design and implementation Experience with standard corporate procurement processes and BOM development Experience with manufacturing and assembly processes Experience with cost and schedule development and reporting An active and transferable Top Secret clearance is required to start. Must also be able to obtain SCI clearance once in the position.
