Band: 3 Job Profile: Human Resources Senior/Analyst (S03080) Reports to: Head of Human Resources, Singapore and Australia Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results: Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to support the employee journey, from attracting and onboarding talent through to development, performance, rewards, engagement, and employee transitions. Deliver a positive employee experience by supporting employee enquiries, maintaining HR systems and records, and ensuring seamless HR operations across the organisation. Collaborate with payroll, benefits, immigration, and external partners to support the delivery of employee services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support workforce reporting, people analytics, surveys, and insights that help inform business decisions and shape people strategies. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, employee communications, governance, compliance, and audit initiatives. Coordinate learning programmes, wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement activities, culture campaigns, and workplace experiences that foster connection, inclusion, growth, and a thriving workplace culture. Support employee relations matters through case administration, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and investigation support as required. Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support vendor management, service delivery, and continuous enhancement of HR operations. Participate in HR projects, digitalisation initiatives, system enhancements, process improvements, and future-of-work programmes that strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee experience. As needed, take on other exciting projects and responsibilities that contribute to the success of the HR team and broader organization. Key Challenges/Anticipated Changes in Environment: Staying current of regulatory changes and ensuring that policies and practices are compliant with requirements The need to navigate complex internal and external stakeholders while managing conflicting and tight timelines Multi-tasking and ensuring speed and accuracy Developmental Value of Position: Exposure in various areas of HR Exposure to various stakeholders from different parts of the organization Opportunity to promote an engaging and inclusive working environment Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related fields At least 4 years of HR experience Experience in HR operations and payroll would be advantageous Strong numerical skills Ability to multi-task and manage tight and conflicting timelines Excellent MS Office skills, especially in excel Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication Possess a can-do attitude with strong sense of accountability and ownership Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements About
