Develop new Property Intel capabilities in collaboration with research, including working with external providers and public/regulatory data sources to onboard new data and evolve existing datasets and indices. Build a business plan with a strategic marketing mindset — product, pricing, packaging, and competitive analysis — to defend PI's core franchise and capture attractive adjacent revenue across EMEA. Mapping out a plan for development of Property Intel products for different EMEA client segments (banks, insurers, public sector, advisory), working closely with Program Management, Engineering, Data Operations, and Research.
