 Position Role Type: Unspecified Responsibilities: Responsible for OSS stockroom that is located on-site at KLM Obtain and communicate KLM fleet updates (Monthly Flight Hours and Aircraft in Service) with Program Manager Troubleshoot problems with OSS parts orders (Incoming / Outgoing) with help of home office staff in the U.S. (includes troubleshooting of all system transactions, i.e. Work Order creation, creation of parts list, serial number & batch tracking) Manage Regular Cycle Count Activities Assistance / participation in Annual Program reviews with customer and Program Manager Responsible for shipment tracking and working with freight carriers (both international and domestic) Local IT infrastructure oversight (coordinate system maintenance and repairs with CSC, RTX Network Maintenance Center and RTX Telecommunications) (includes thin clients, laser printers and label printers) – requires nominal consumer-level IT skills Administrative support for visitors, etc. Manage office expenses (phone bill, etc.) Participation in telephone meetings with U.S.-based home office during non-standard hours Some limited/infrequent international travel (to U.S. or other OSS sites) may be required On-site at KLM and is performing SAP transactions, addressing quality concerns, works with Program Manager & US based planners for replenishment, & addresses inventory issues Monitor the overall financial performance for adherence to the original business plan, monitor overall CSL, and oversee EIS for any expansions.
Requirements
Education Associate / Bachelor degree in business, supply chain management, or other similar discipline (or equivalent work experience in site management/inventory management and planning) Experience / Qualifications Demonstrated, proven capability to work independently without direct daily supervision Five years business experience in material management/supply chain preferred Aerospace industry familiarity Office software skills (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) – functional capability RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
