As a Senior Technical Program Manager on the Edge Capacity Delivery team, you will drive critical strategic initiatives that maintain and secure our connection to the outside world. This unique leadership role bridges two distinct and critical domains: operational product management for our global Content Delivery Network (CDN) hardware portfolio, and the implementation of our edge security frameworks. In this position, you will optimize quality and efficiency for a massive, globally distributed hardware fleet. On the product side, you will guide standard Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) hardware through its full lifecycle, influencing vendor roadmaps and navigating supply chain complexities. On the security side, you will act as a pragmatic speaking partner to our security organizations, focusing on physical site and network-layer security rather than application-level software vulnerabilities. This is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, program leadership in ambiguous hyperscale environments, and ability to influence without authority across complex organizational silos. Direct cross-functional initiatives to execute security strategies and frameworks across globally distributed edge infrastructure, acting as a pragmatic liaison to security organizations with a focus on network-layer and physical site security. Serve as the operational product lead for the edge caching and Content Delivery Network (CDN) hardware portfolio, developing comprehensive product roadmaps and prioritizing engineering backlogs. Lead end-to-end lifecycle management and introduction processes for new edge hardware generations, developing deployment plans to ensure capacity reliability and seamless integration. Collaborate directly with third-party hardware vendors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to influence vendor product roadmaps, evaluate technical specifications, and navigate supply chain complexities. Serve as the primary operational conduit between engineering teams and internal business stakeholders, translating customer delivery requirements and technical network capabilities into structured operational plans.
