Assistant Restaurant Manager - Tribeca Market

An Assistant Outlet Manager, will be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

-Interviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels, disciplines and participates in the evaluation of restaurant staff employees for the efficient operation of the restaurant. Schedules and directs staff in their work assignments. -Responsible for ensuring that restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and employees.
