Licenced Practical Nurse (LPN) - Behavioral Health Opportunity. This opportunity is full-time and offers three 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7:30pm or two 16-hour shifts from 7am to 11:30pm. (A 2 WEEK ORIENTATION IS REQUIRED. Website: Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Services | Rockford Center | Newark, DE Position Summary: LPN, provide direct care to patients by administering medications, assisting with activities of daily living, and implementing treatment plans developed by registered nurses or physicians. They are responsible for providing treatment and support to individuals with mental illness, substance abuse, and other behavioral issues. The nurse provides assessment and diagnosis, treatment goals, and monitoring of progress.
