About this role
As a Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the procurement strategy and initiatives to achieve cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performance of the business through the delivery of cost savings, working capital improvement, and supplier quality. You will be accountable for developing and executing annual and strategic procurement plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will guide sourcing transition initiatives to optimize the supply base, achieve the lowest total cost, and reduce sole/single source risk. Additionally, you will drive improvements in sourcing processes and performance through effective management operating systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual and strategic procurement plans Ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives Lead sourcing transition initiatives to optimize the supply base and reduce risk Participate in new supplier search and development Drive supplier negotiation and contract management Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the procurement team Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align sourcing strategies Improve sourcing processes and performance through effective management operating systems Communicate and report transition progress to senior leadership
You Must Have
10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management Strong leadership and people management skills Demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies Excellent negotiation and contract management skills Knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP and e-sourcing platforms International experience with exposure to high-growth regions Cross-functional experience in engineering/technology, operations, sales/marketing

Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field Professional certifications in procurement, supply chain, or contract management Demonstrated business and financial acumen Experience with project management tools and methodologies Strong knowledge of the semiconductor industry Ability to drive change and build high-performing teams Excellent communication and people-oriented skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
