Analyze equipment operating characteristics to isolate malfunctions in products and integrated test systems. Diagnose non-conformances using schematics, wiring diagrams, source control drawings and other test procedures and equipment. Perform RF tuning on microelectronics, which requires working under a microscope for much of workday. Perform maintenance or calibration on test equipment. Record and ensure validity of entries into data collection and test systems. Interpret and recommend corrective action to test findings. Execute proper documentation of actions performed in applicable forms. Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. Ability to learn tasks under microscope on very small assemblies with outstanding manual dexterity and precision. Record production data accurately in travelers, shop floor systems, and quality records. Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to assist in the writing or modification of test procedures. Follow all safety, ESD, FOD, and cleanliness guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work area. Successfully complete in-house workmanship criteria training classes for continued employment.

High School diploma or equivalent Electronics knowledge gained through schooling, the military or work experience Ability to read, interpret, and follow procedures and drawings Ability to work in a team environment US citizenship Preferred Qualifications:   Hands-on use of the drawings, wire lists, source control drawings, or test procedures. Experience working with microelectronics and performing tuning under a microscope. Experience in working with test equipment. Experience working with engineering teams.
